The Secretariat for the Special Account for Research Grants is competent for the administrative and secretary support of the Special Account and the Education and Research Committee and carries out the duties set out in the joint decision No ΚΑ/679/22.8.1996 (issue Β' 826) of the Ministers of Economy and National Education and Religious Affairs, as each time applicable.
