The Department is responsible for the collection, monitoring of the regulatory framework, keeping a file with the matters related to the studies and students’ care of the School and updating the relevant services and students, the application of the decisions taken by the Rectorate Authorities and the Senate on students’ care (undergraduate and postgraduate). The coordination and handling of all activities related to providing care services to students, such as: reception and checking the supporting documents of the beneficiaries for free meals, accommodation and health care in accordance with the applicable provisions, issuance of a special card (meals’ card), issuance of the European Health Insurance Card, with their required particulars, keeping an electronic file with all applications and their monitoring. The main aim of the Department is to ensure the fundamental social benefits so that all members of the students’ community can complete their studies.
